The role:
We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to join our team and help us manage our online marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online marketplaces, as well as experience in data analysis and email marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketplace operations, analyzing performance metrics, and creating valuable email flows to drive engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online marketplace
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase marketplace revenue and customer engagement
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketplace operations
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize product listings and enhance customer experience
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts related to the marketplace
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace management, data analysis, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
